Booking a call or sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A contract starts only when both sides agree a written scope and price.

The text, design and videos on this site belong to Brandmefy or to the clients who allowed us to show their work. Do not copy or reuse them without asking us first. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear with their permission.

We link to other services such as Cal.com, WhatsApp and Instagram. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do or say.

We keep the site accurate and running but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from using it or relying on it.

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
