Privacy Policy

Details you send us. If you use the enquiry form, you give us your name, email, business name, website, what you need and any notes. The form does not store these on our site. It opens your email app with the details filled in, and they reach us when you send the email.

Messages. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, your name on WhatsApp and what you write.

Bookings. If you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time and passes them to us.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so the site loads and stays secure. If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel also record which pages you view, your device, your approximate location and whether you click the book call or WhatsApp links or use the form.

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, run the call you booked, send the newsletter if you asked for it, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use other services to run the site. Each handles information under its own privacy policy.

Cloudflare hosts the site. Cal.com handles bookings and the video call. WhatsApp and Meta handle WhatsApp messages and, if switched on, the Meta Pixel. Google provides Google Analytics if switched on. Klaviyo sends the newsletter if switched on.

Some images and videos load from other companies' servers, which means they can see your IP address when your browser asks for them.

This site does not set cookies of its own. We save your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Analytics only start if you press Accept. If analytics are switched on, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies to measure visits and the results of ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can turn off personalised ads in your Google and Meta account settings.

We keep your information only as long as we need it to deal with your request and to keep a record of our work together. Ask us to delete it earlier and we will, unless the law says we must keep it.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw consent you gave us, and raise a complaint with us. If you live outside India, local law may give you more rights.
